Questions
When should I book my snag?+
Ideally a few days before you sign off or get the keys, once the builder says the house is finished. Most builders give you a date for the snag inspection; book us for that day.
Who does the inspection?+
Experienced builders from Kev Decor, with 19+ years of renovation and finishing work in Dublin. We know where finishing goes wrong because we fix it every day.
Is this a structural survey?+
No. Snagging is a visual, non-invasive check of finishes, fittings and workmanship. If we see signs of a structural issue we will flag it and recommend an engineer.
What do I get?+
A PDF report with every defect numbered, grouped by room, with photos and a priority level, plus a link you can forward to your builder or solicitor.
How do I pay?+
On the day of the inspection, by card or bank transfer. No payment is needed to book.
