Privacy policy

Kev Decor (Unit 80, Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, D10 NX96) is responsible for the personal data collected on this website.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, phone, email, the property address and Eircode, dates and any notes. During the inspection we take photographs of the property. We use these only to arrange the inspection and to prepare your report.

Who sees it

Our inspection team. Your report is available through a private link that only you have; you decide who to forward it to (for example your builder or solicitor). We do not sell your data.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify and our database by Neon. If AI wording is switched on, the inspector's written notes (not photos, names or contact details) are sent to Anthropic to tidy the wording.

How long we keep it

Bookings and reports are kept for 6 years for tax and warranty purposes, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at info@kevdecor.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
